Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days subject to payment clearance. All goods are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce delivery services.

Postage Rates

Currently Hugh's Gallery charges a flat fee that covers both postage and packaging for the entire order. Our fees are as follows:

UK - £6.99
EU £19.00
International £28.00

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Hugh's Gallery, please contact us no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the package so that replacements or refunds can be arranged. No returns can be made before contacting us.
